Placements24 is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to cover Mossel Bay, Western Cape. This field-based role drives product sales, builds customer relationships with retailers and distributors, and supports market presence in the region.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales, a proven quota track record, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential for territory coverage and travel within the Mossel Bay area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a sales role, preferably FMCG/consumer goods.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and developing new business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required for territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve/exceed sales targets for FMCG products.
• Identify and prospect new customers, including retailers, wholesalers and distributors within the region.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients; ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of the portfolio.
• Manage inventory levels at client sites where applicable and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Report on sales activities, market feedback and competitive intelligence to sales management.
