Job summary

This role is critical for ensuring the efficient and compliant manufacturing of pharmaceutical products according to strict quality and safety standards. You will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, overseeing production runs, and contributing to process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP guidelines, and a commitment to operational excellence within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including reactors, filters, dryers, and packaging machinery.
• Execute manufacturing batch records accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor critical process parameters and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and yield.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, calibration, and preventive maintenance tasks.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues, escalating problems to engineering or supervisory staff as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, safety, and compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or diploma is advantageous.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a pharmaceutical manufacturing technician.
• Hands-on experience with GMP environments and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining complex manufacturing equipment.
