Qualifications

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering.
• Over 8 years of experience in the petrochemical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of reactions, unit operations, and process control strategies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and excellent project management skills.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of new petrochemical processes and modifications to existing units.
• Oversee process simulation, modeling, and economic evaluation for capital projects.
• Develop and enforce stringent safety protocols, including conducting HAZOP and risk assessments.
• Optimize plant operations to maximize product yield, energy efficiency, and minimize environmental impact.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and R&D teams to resolve complex technical issues.
