Responsibilities

Lead and manage projects focused on identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
Analyze complex business processes and data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Develop and implement strategies and action plans to enhance performance across various departments.
Manage the change management process, ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to drive buy-in and support for performance improvement initiatives.
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented changes.
Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues and develop sustainable solutions.
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status to senior management.
Mentor and guide junior team members in project management and analytical techniques.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance improvement.
