Placements24 in South Africa invites a Senior Performance Improvement Consultant to join a Soweto-based team. You will diagnose operational challenges, redesign processes, and implement Lean/Six Sigma-driven improvements to boost efficiency and profitability for clients.

Lead project teams, develop KPI frameworks, and facilitate workshops to embed a culture of continuous improvement. A Master’s degree and a minimum of six years in performance improvement or operations consulting are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive performance assessments and diagnostic reviews of client operations.
• Identify key drivers of inefficiency and opportunities for performance enhancement.
• Design and implement data-driven improvement strategies, focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Lead project teams in the execution of performance improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement performance management frameworks and KPIs.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project findings and recommendations.
