Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HR, industrial relations or labour law.
• Experience in dispute resolution and industrial peace processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide dispute resolution management during workforce issues.
• Provide specialist consulting and advisory services to management on people relations.
• Manage the implementation of a participative management framework.
• Ensure stakeholders are trained on HR policies and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with Eskom policies.
