Job summary

Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd invites applications for a Middle Manager Project Development at Kendal Power Station in Mpumalanga. The role supports conceptualisation, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies, business case planning and execution of projects within the Kendal Portfolio.

You will provide technical and business expertise, lead project development activities, engage with stakeholders, manage PMBOK-aligned processes, and drive delivery in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in conceptualisation, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for large projects.
• Ability to develop business cases and execution plans.
• Strong knowledge of PMBOK and Eskom project life cycle.
• Contract management, procurement awareness and health & safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies, prepare business case and obtain Execution Release Approval (ERA).
• Conduct relevant studies for Concept Release Approval (CRA).
• Conduct pre-feasibility studies.
• Liaise with construction management and interact with stakeholders.
