Boardroom Appointments is seeking a Senior Accounts Clerk (Payroll) for a maternity cover role in Gauteng. This contract position requires SAP and Payspace experience, a strong payroll background, and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensure timely payments, and provide accurate reports while coordinating with finance managers and auditors. SAP Payspace proficiency and a relevant accounting background are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Matric (Grade 12) is a minimum requirement.
• Experience in an Accounts/Payroll environment (minimum 4 years).
• SAP and Payspace experience are essential or highly preferred.
• An Accounting diploma would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Ensuring the efficient, accurate and timely payment, and query resolution for all areas of responsibility.
• Generate monthly reports on all payments.
• Reconcile General Ledger salary accounts.
• Monthly journal entry management.
• Posting of payroll accounts.
• Reconcile vendor and balance sheet accounts.
• Effective self-management and performance ownership.
• Weekly cashflow forecast.
• Payroll reconciliations between SAP and Payspace.
• Disability payroll management between fund and payroll.
• Liaison between Financial Managers and Accountants.
• Management of Commission payments prior to processing for payment.
• Management of Statutory payments for all regions and countries.
• Namibian Taxes.
• Management of Workman’s Compensation (WCA) and COIDA processes and payments.
• Audit Packs and liaison with Auditors.
