Job summary

The role requires a culinary or pastry qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ pastry experience in professional kitchens, with strong knowledge of pastry production, techniques, and hygiene standards. Salary negotiable based on experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant culinary or pastry qualification.
• Minimum 5 years’ pastry experience in a professional kitchen.
• Experience in a high-volume, fine dining, semi-fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of pastry production, baking techniques and dessert presentation.
• Experience leading, supervising and developing a pastry team.
• Excellent organisational skills, creativity and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, stock control and waste management.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining consistent quality.
