Responsibilities

• Lead daily pastry operations for smooth service and consistent quality.
• Prepare desserts, pastries, breads and baked goods.
• Maintain flavour, presentation and portion control.
• Mentor and develop junior pastry chefs.
• Assist with seasonal menu development and innovative desserts.
• Manage stock, ordering and wastage in pastry.
• Maintain strict food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
