Placements24 seeks a Senior E-commerce Growth Hacker to drive aggressive expansion from Mossel Bay, Western Cape. You will blend analytics, creative marketing, and CRO to optimize acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities include A/B testing, funnel analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting to leadership. A 5–7 year track record in e-commerce growth and digital marketing is preferred; on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5–7+ years in e-commerce with growth, CRO, and digital marketing focus.
• Proven track record of growth hacking strategies and measurable results.
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, experimentation platforms, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth hacking strategy for rapid customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct extensive A/B testing across website, email, social media, and paid channels.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and journey metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
• Implement growth experiments with a data-driven approach to validate hypotheses and drive results.
• Identify new acquisition channels and growth strategies.
• Optimize e-commerce conversions through UI/UX, copywriting, and CTAs.
• Develop strategies to increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to align growth with business goals.
• Stay ahead of growth trends and tools, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
• Report growth metrics and experiment outcomes to senior leadership.
