Job summary

Incubeta is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead paid media initiatives for a portfolio of clients. The role centers on Paid Search with strong Google and Microsoft Ads expertise, while offering exposure to Paid Social platforms to broaden skills.

You will own client campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and work with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results and strategic growth for clients and the agency.

Qualifications

• Proven Paid Search experience across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and extract insights.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Managing and optimising Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
• Supporting and, where appropriate, managing Paid Social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Taking ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, with support from senior team members.
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance, test new ideas and drive account growth.
• Monitoring performance trends, analysing results and solving performance challenges.
• Working closely with clients to support long-term growth objectives and present insights and recommendations.
• Supporting new business pitches and onboarding new clients.
