Job summary

Incubeta Group is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day optimisation, management, and delivery of paid search campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts. You’ll work hands-on within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to ensure campaigns are well-structured and continuously optimised to drive performance.

This role offers hands-on learning across diverse clients, with clear progression toward a Senior Account Executive position as you develop paid search and analytical skills.

• Comfortable working with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication with clients on paid search performance.
• Assist in building and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and highlight key trends or issues.
• Assist with daily optimisations including keyword updates, ad copy changes, and budget adjustments.
• Contribute to reporting and performance summaries for clients.
• Work with senior team members to ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
