Blacksmith Agency is expanding its Marketing division and seeks an Account Strategist to lead PPC and SEO strategies across multiple industries. This senior, hybrid role blends strategic ownership with hands-on paid media execution.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta and Microsoft campaigns, audit accounts, join sales calls, and guide contractors. Strong analytical skills and ability to articulate recommendations to executives are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Google Ads with first-party data proving results.
• 4–7 years PPC/SEO or multi-channel full-funnel strategy experience.
• Proficient in Google Ads Editor, Keyword Planner, GA4 and Search Console.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, bidding and ROI tracking.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations to clients and AEs.
• Experience overseeing execution teams and ensuring deliverable quality.
• Strong analytical skills and remote collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for PPC across multiple industries and clients.
• Join sales calls to validate scope and pitch technical recommendations.
• Build growth roadmaps and translate recommendations for executives.
• Plan, launch and manage Google Ads campaigns and other paid channels.
• Set up conversion tracking and ensure attribution accuracy.
• Monitor spend to hit CPA/CPL goals and manage negative keywords.
• Audit campaigns, bidding structures, and CRO opportunities.
• Provide weekly direction and QA for optimizations and contractors.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports and client summaries.
