Incubeta Group is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day optimisation, management, and delivery of paid search campaigns across client accounts. You will work hands-on in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring campaigns are well-structured and optimised to drive strong performance.

The role offers exposure to diverse industries, opportunities to learn, and a clear path toward a Senior Account Executive position within a collaborative digital media team.

Qualifications

• Some exposure to paid search campaigns (Google Ads and/or Microsoft Ads).
• Basic understanding of paid search principles and campaign structure.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Interest in digital marketing, automation, and performance media.
• Desire to grow into a more senior paid search role.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day communication with clients on paid search performance.
• Assist in building and managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and highlight key trends or issues.
• Assist daily optimisations including keyword updates, ad copy changes, and budget adjustments.
• Work with senior team members to ensure campaigns are performing against KPIs.
