Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media or digital marketing experience.
• Proven experience managing campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, and video channels.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms.
• Experience with SA360 and DV360.
• Hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and UTM tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned to regional and global marketing objectives.
• Create comprehensive paid media plans across search, social, programmatic, display, video, and emerging channels.
• Lead campaign delivery across Google Ads, Bing, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SA360, DV360, and other platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to meet KPI targets.
• Manage and allocate media budgets to maximize ROI and business outcomes.
• Own forecasting, budget planning, and scenario modeling.
