Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
• Proven experience in B2C marketing with a focus on lead generation and acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in web analytics and data-driven optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Account ownership and strategy across brands/markets; define channel strategy for Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and more.
• Own core KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL) and drive performance to meet targets.
• Oversee campaign execution and optimisation across PPC, paid social, and display; guide prioritisation and growth decisions.
• Manage and forecast multi-channel budgets; adjust spend based on results and priorities.
• Serve as the main paid media partner to internal stakeholders; communicate performance clearly.
• Lead reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with CRO, product, and creative teams to improve the funnel and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to drive performance improvements.
