Blacksmith Agency in South Africa is hiring a Sales Development Representative to open doors, build pipeline and book discovery calls. You will research accounts and craft personalized outreach while keeping Salesforce records clean.

This full-time remote role requires 2 years SDR/BDR experience, B2B sales acumen, and comfort with Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo and Salesforce. You are gritty, coachable and able to work independently to hit volume and quality targets.

Qualificações

• B2B sales experience preferred; full-cycle closers with quota are welcome.
• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role; agency or SaaS experience is a plus.
• Strong written communication and ability to personalize outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
