Blacksmith Agency, a fast-growing SA-based agency, is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As SDR, you will source and book meetings with qualified decision makers and represent Blacksmith Agency to potential clients.

You will use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce to craft thoughtful outreach, build accurate ICPs, and maintain clean CRM records while hitting volume goals.

Qualifications

• 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Ability to craft personalized outreach and high-quality touchpoints.
• Familiarity with outbound tools such as Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and managing your own pipeline.
• Gritty, curious and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
