Blacksmith Agency is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. As Senior Sales Executive, you own the top of the funnel: researching, sourcing and booking meetings with qualified decision makers, and presenting Blacksmith to prospects.

This remote role requires proactive outreach, strong written communication, and familiarity with outbound tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and Salesforce.

Formación

• 2 years in a similar SDR or BDR role; agency or SaaS experience a plus.
• Strong written communication and the ability to personalise outreach.
• Familiarity with outbound tools like Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo and ZoomInfo.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging and optimize targeting with the sales team.
