Placements24 is seeking a diligent and experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations in Centurion, Gauteng. You will lead a team, oversee receiving, stocking, order picking, packing and shipping, and ensure safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership, solid WMS and inventory control knowledge, and a proven ability to drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy. A hybrid work arrangement is offered along with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in warehouse operations with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control procedures.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is beneficial.
