Job summary

Authentic Life Connections is seeking a senior operations/data analytics professional to own cross-functional initiatives spanning manufacturing, service delivery, and engineering. You will define KPIs, monitor baselines for equipment and sites, and build a framework to translate findings into client savings reporting.

You will lead data-heavy analyses, stress-test financial models, and present costed recommendations to executive leadership, with a track record of turning data into measurable

Qualifications

• A quantitative degree (engineering, finance, or similar) with a proven record of senior level operational management.
• 8 to 12 years' experience in an analytically intensive environment such as operations, industrial engineering, or techno-economic modelling.
• Demonstrated track record of root cause problem solving using data to reach measurable outcomes.
• Ability to stress test financial/commercial viability models built by others.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex, data-heavy challenges spanning multiple functions and statuses.
• Track performance data daily and present costed, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Validate fixes on a small scale before wider rollout.
• Define KPIs, thresholds and warning triggers for each business area.
• Develop baselines for equipment and sites and feed into client savings reporting.
