You will work with department heads to implement improvements, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in an industrial setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in an analytical operations role.
- Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Excellent understanding of operational workflows and performance measurement.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure operational effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and presentations with findings and recommendations for management.
- Collaborate with operations teams to implement process changes and monitor impact.
- Conduct time and motion studies to optimize workflow and resource allocation on the factory floor.
- Help refine operational strategies and best practices.
