Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Lead to drive operational excellence in our Durban operations. You will oversee day-to-day functions, lead cross-functional teams, and steer strategic initiatives to support growth and high quality standards.

You will develop and implement operational plans, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with safety and quality policies. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement within Durban and exposure to senior leadership decision-making.

Qualifications
