Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant focused on Operational Excellence to join its consultancy in Rustenburg. You will guide clients in optimizing processes and driving performance improvements across organizations.

In this senior role, you will diagnose bottlenecks, design effective solutions, and lead implementation to achieve cost savings and productivity gains for major enterprises in the North West province.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in operational improvement, process optimization, or supply chain consulting.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex operational transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams and client personnel in executing operational improvement initiatives.
• Develop KPIs and monitoring systems to track progress and ensure sustained improvements.
• Facilitate change management processes, ensuring client buy-in and adoption of new strategies.
• Provide expert mentorship to clients on achieving and maintaining operational excellence.
