Job summary

Collinson Group, a global loyalty and benefits company, seeks a Senior Billing and Credit Control Administrator in Cape Town to manage invoicing, credit notes and rebates and to ensure accurate billing records across entities.

You will handle overdue payments, respond to customer queries, and support the Supervisor with daily activities and training in a collaborative team environment. 5+ years’ experience and MS Office proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years billing/credit control experience.
• Matric certificate.
• MS Office competency (Outlook/Teams and Excel).
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new processes/systems.
• Preferred: experience operating in a multi-currency or multi-country environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely creation of customer invoices, credit notes and rebates based on policy and contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of billing transactions.
• Act as liaison for customers resolving queries; escalate as needed.
• Initiate contact with customers to follow up on overdue payments.
• Support Supervisor in day-to-day activities and training of team administrators.
• Perform reconciliations and settlements of customer-related transactions.
• Maintain organized records of collection efforts, correspondence, and customer agreements.
