Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Junior Credit Control Administrator in Cape Town. The role handles invoicing, credit control and collections, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups with customers.

You will reconcile payments, manage customer accounts and support multi-entity billing processes. Ideal candidates have 1+ year admin/finance experience, matric, and strong MS Office skills with good communication and detail orientation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of office-based admin/finance experience.
• Matric certificate.
• MS Office competency (Outlook, Teams and Excel).
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Process sales invoices, credit notes and rebates according to policy and contracts.
• Ensure billing transactions are accurate and complete.
• Act as liaison for customers and escalate queries as needed.
• Follow up on overdue payments and outstanding invoices.
• Perform reconciliations and maintain records of payments and balances.
• Keep organized records of collection efforts and customer agreements.
