The candidate will lead security design, perform assessments, and enforce policies while staying ahead of evolving threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in network security engineering or operations.
• In-depth knowledge of firewall management, IDS/IPS, VPN technologies, and security protocols.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar) and security assessment methodologies.
• Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and common attack vectors.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, IDPS, VPNs, and SIEM platforms.
• Conduct regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans to identify and remediate risks.
• Develop and enforce network security policies, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Monitor security alerts and investigate potential security incidents, responding effectively to contain and eradicate threats.
• Collaborate with IT and network operations teams to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of network design and deployment.
• Stay current with the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation techniques.
