Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in network engineering with a focus on security.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF; experience with leading network hardware.
• Experience with firewall management, VPN configuration, and security best practices.
• Knowledge of network monitoring tools and security assessment techniques.
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement and maintain robust network security measures such as IDS/IPS and access controls.
• Monitor network performance and security; identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Develop and document network architecture, standards, and procedures.
• Respond to network security incidents, perform analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure meets business needs.
