Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on enterprise network design and security.
• Proficiency with various network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network hardware.
• Hands-on experience with network security technologies such as firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios).
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and cyber threats.
• Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for optimization and capacity planning.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and performance issues across the organization.
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and security trends, recommending upgrades and improvements.
