Job summary

Idbasesoftware seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer (.NET & Azure) to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. You will implement cloud-native microservices, RESTful APIs, and secure coding practices while collaborating in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with .NET Core / .NET 6+.
• Strong proficiency in C# and object‑oriented programming.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes / AKS for containerized apps.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated builds/deployments.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, Cosmos DB or similar NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and secure software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in .NET and Azure.
• Build microservices with reusable components and cloud-native design.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in the team.
• Containerize apps with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes/AKS.
• Monitor, profile, and optimize applications using Azure tools.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and mentor juniors.
