Job summary

You will lead a team of software engineers, set coding and quality standards, and ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions throughout the full SDLC.

You will collaborate with business analysts, Scrum Masters, and product managers, providing technical direction, overseeing architecture, and guiding junior developers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong experience with Angular (v6+) and C# .NET development.
• Hands-on with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, setting coding and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct peer reviews, and support team growth.
• Report on progress, scope, and timelines for project delivery.
• Oversee design, development, and deployment using C# .NET and Angular.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Promote secure coding practices and Agile/Scrum process improvements.
