Collaboration with analysts, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders is essential for success. The role requires 7+ years in software development with leadership experience, strong C# .NET and Angular skills, and hands-on Azure cloud expertise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development with 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong experience with Angular (v6+) and C# .NET.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Service Bus).
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, setting coding, testing and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct peer reviews, and foster team growth.
• Report progress, scope and timelines for project delivery.
• Oversee design, development and deployment of applications using C# .NET and Angular (v6+).
• Collaborate with business analysts to translate specifications into tasks.
• Ensure adherence to secure coding practices and SDLC standards.
• Design, deploy and maintain Azure cloud solutions and services.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes.
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps and product managers for quality delivery.
• Promote continuous improvement in Agile processes and technical practices.
