Idbasesoftware is seeking a highly skilled Senior .Net Developer to join our Cape Town development team. You will contribute to scalable .NET applications using Blazor and cloud-based solutions, with a focus on clean, maintainable code and modern practices.

The role requires 6+ years of hands-on development, strong C#, .NET Core/.NET 5+, Blazor, and Azure expertise, plus solid SQL Server knowledge. Collaborative, proactive engineers will thrive in our team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET Core/.NET 5+ and C#.
• Practical experience with Blazor for web applications.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Proficient in database design with SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable .NET apps using Blazor and modern web tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and OOP for maintainable code.
• Conduct thorough debugging, unit testing and performance tuning.
• Design and optimize databases using SQL Server or similar.
