Job summary

Intelligent Technical Solutions seeks a Centralized Services Engineer I (Senior Systems Engineer – MSP Automation) to own escalation, automation, and backup architecture in Windows/Azure environments for internal and client systems. You will maintain ConnectWise Automate/Manage, Addigy, Intune, PowerShell scripting, and Veeam backup solutions, and drive tool integrations and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar MSP role.
• Expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with RMM/PSA tools (ConnectWise Automate, ConnectWise Manage).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or similar languages.
• Experience with Addigy and Intune.
• Familiarity with databases (MSSQL, MySQL).
• Strong backup architecture experience with Veeam.

Responsibilities

• Escalation point for complex issues unresolved by the helpdesk.
• Escalate backup remediation to ensure data recovery and integrity.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding for users and clients.
• Design and maintain datacenter and cloud infrastructure (Windows/Azure).
• Design, deploy, verify, and remediate Veeam backups.
• Maintain and optimize ConnectWise Automate, Addigy, and Intune scripts.
• Integrate MSP tools and manage documentation.
• Oversee patching processes for Windows and third parties.
