Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment with Mining & Resources focus.
• Proven executive search experience placing CEOs, VPs or GMs.
• Strong BD and client relationship track record in mining.
• Leads teams with mentoring and development skills.
• Knowledge of mining operations, geology and supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans for Mining & Resources.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and niche roles in mining.
• Build long-lasting relationships with C-suite and hiring managers.
• Identify and engage top mining talent globally.
• Provide market insights and drive client strategy.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster high performance.
• Drive business development to grow client portfolio and revenue.
