You will own candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews, build strong client relationships, and push for consistent placement performance while mentoring junior consultants in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment track record, ideally in mining/engineering.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and KPIs.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for mining and resources roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and understand their needs.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer and placement.
• Utilize LinkedIn, databases, and events to identify passive candidates.
• Conduct market research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement recruitment strategies and employer branding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly placement targets.
• Provide mentorship to junior recruitment consultants.
