You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, schedules, risks and regulatory compliance to deliver projects on time and within scope.

The role requires a strong track record in mining project lifecycles and a commitment to safety and environmental standards across all phases of execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in project management with 5+ years in large-scale mining projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mining, Civil, Mechanical) or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of major mining projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Manage and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and site personnel.
• Oversee procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards throughout all project phases.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the plan, and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Manage project stakeholders, including clients, government agencies, and community representatives, fostering positive relationships.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide timely and accurate reports on project status, risks, and performance.
