Job summary

MOYO is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects within the mining and mineral processing sector. The role involves managing multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through execution to handover, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget conformity and quality standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong engineering and project management qualifications, with a proven track record delivering complex capital projects and proficient

Qualifications

Engineering degree or diploma in Mechanical, Mining, Process, Electrical, C&I, or related discipline
Project Management diploma or degree
PMP, PRINCE2, MBA, or equivalent certification advantageous

Responsibilities

Lead and manage capital projects through the full project lifecycle
Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes
Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers
Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and governance requirements
Provide regular project reporting to clients and stakeholders
Facilitate successful project commissioning, handover, and close-out
