Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects through the full project lifecycle
• Develop and manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and resources
• Manage project risks, issues, and change control processes
• Coordinate engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers
• Monitor project performance and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and governance requirements
• Provide regular project reporting to clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate successful project commissioning, handover, and close-out

SENIOR ENGINEERING PROJECT MANAGER

Overview

MOYO is seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Project Manager to lead capital projects within the mining and mineral processing sector. The successful candidate will manage multidisciplinary engineering projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Qualifications

• Engineering Diploma or Degree (Mechanical, Mining, Process, Electrical, C&I, or related discipline)
• Project Management Diploma or Degree
• PMP, PRINCE2, MBA, or equivalent certification will be advantageous

Experience

• 10-15 years' experience managing capital projects within mining and mineral processing
• Strong experience in project planning, execution, procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary engineering projects
