Qualifications

• Master's degree in Geology, Geostatistics, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive experience in mineral resource estimation and geology within the mining sector.
• Proven expertise in geostatistics and resource modeling software (Leapfrog Geo, Supervisor, Datamine, Vulcan).
• Strong understanding of major international resource reporting codes (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
• Ability to manage complex geological datasets and produce reliable resource estimates.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills; capable of leading technical teams.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the estimation and classification of mineral resources according to relevant international codes.

Requirements

• Thorough understanding and practical application of major international resource reporting codes (e.g., JORC, NI 43-101).
• Proven ability to manage complex geological datasets and produce reliable resource estimates.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare comprehensive technical reports.
• Experience in project management and leading technical teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
