Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Master's degree or PhD in Geology or Economic Geology.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in resource geology, with a significant focus on resource estimation and modelling.
• Demonstrated expertise in geostatistical analysis and resource estimation software (e.g., Leapfrog Geo, Vulcan, Datamine, Isatis).
• A strong understanding of geological principles, mineral deposit types, and structural geology.
• Experience in authoring or contributing to technical reports compliant with JORC, NI 43-101, or similar standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and projects effectively.
• Competency in programming languages like Python or R for data analysis is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity from Mahikeng, North West, ZA, balancing strategic oversight with team engagement.
• Must have the legal right to work in South Africa.
