Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mine planning and design experience.
• Experience with open-pit or underground operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop short- and long-term mine plans (weekly to 5-year).
• Use Deswik, Vulcan, Surpac for design and scheduling.
• Collaborate with geologists to integrate resource models.
• Ensure plans comply with safety and environmental regulations.
• Provide guidance to junior mine planners and monitor deviations.
