Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining or related field.
• 10+ years in mine operations, with 5+ years in management.
• Proven track record of large-scale mining operations and targets.
• Knowledge of mining methods, equipment, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to meet production targets and financial objectives.
• Oversee daily mining activities including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and processing.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team with accountability.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to track performance and identify improvements.
