About the Role

This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of mine production, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and profitability. You will manage a diverse team of professionals, implement best practices in mining techniques, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to manage complex operations, strong leadership skills, and a deep commitment to achieving organizational goals in a demanding industrial setting, contributing to the company's sustained success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic operational plans to meet production targets and financial objectives.
• Oversee daily mining activities, including drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, and processing.
