Job summary

Danone SA is seeking a qualified Millwright with FMCG maintenance experience to manage preventative and reactive maintenance in packaging/processing. You will coach the team, lead maintenance activities, and drive continuous improvement to ensure reliability and efficiency across the Danone Factory.

The role requires 5 years of FMCG maintenance experience, leadership experience, and exposure to root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• N5 qualification and millwright trade certified.
• 5 years FMCG maintenance experience.
• Experience in processing, utilities, and packaging preferred.
• Leadership and people management experience.
• Exposure to root cause analysis methodologies.
• Electrical and mechanical engineering exposure.

5 years’ maintenance experience within a FMCG environment, Processing, Utilities and Packaging experience would be an advantage.

Leadership experience/People Management

Exposed to technical root cause analysis methodologies.

Electrical & Mechanical engineering experience
