Job summary

Danone in South Africa, Boksburg, seeks an Instrument Technician with 5 years FMCG instrumentation experience to ensure optimum plant automation and availability. You will optimize automation systems, reduce downtime and handle breakdown and preventive maintenance tasks.

Qualified Instrument Technician with a Process Control & Instrumentation Diploma is required; experience with Siemens Step 7, WinCC, Wonderware, GX Developer, and Allen Bradley Pro Logix 5000 is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Qualified Instrument Technician with relevant diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG/food industry instrumentation preferred.
• Familiar with root cause analysis methodologies and basic maintenance planning.
