Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager within a private specialist medical practice.
• Strong leadership and people management experience.
• Extensive knowledge of specialist medical accounts, billing, and medical aid processes.
• Experience managing debtor administration and financial workflows.
• Sound Human Resources knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the practice.
