Job summary

MotionAds, a fast-growing media-tech company redefining outdoor advertising in South Africa, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive. You will sell nationally across main cities to direct clients and agencies, managing accounts from initial contact through renewal while building strategic relationships and delivering value.

Based in Johannesburg, the role offers salary plus commission, with onboarding and founder support.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of Media / OOH sales experience with targets achieved.
Strategic mindset with grit and determination.
Strong cold calling, presentation, and negotiation skills; able to work independently.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driving licence.
Established brand and agency relationships are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Generate business through confident cold calling, targeted outreach and inbound enquiries, focusing on brands that fit MotionAds' ideal client profile.
Understand client briefs and use available data to build campaign ideas, proposals, costings and commercial packages.
Present, negotiate and close campaigns, working with the founders on approval of commercial packages.
Own agreements, client onboarding, artwork deadlines and production coordination, with close support from client operations.
Manage client relationships, share completed reports, secure renewals and grow accounts. Keep CRM accurate and represent MotionAds at meetings, flighting days and events.
