Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with leadership roles.
• Expertise in complex mechanical design, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and materials science.
• Proficiency with CAD/CAE software and simulation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including conceptualization, detailed design, prototyping, testing, and commissioning.
• Mentor and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Develop and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments, including operations, procurement, and R&D, to align engineering activities with business objectives.
